By checking the box on the Parent Pay Portal page, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions of use. We reserve the right to modify them at any time. You should check these terms and conditions periodically for changes. By using the Parent Pay Portal after we post any changes to these terms and conditions, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them. If at any time you choose not to accept these terms and conditions of use, please do not use the Parent Pay Portal for purchase of services offered by Think Together.

Payments made through the Parent Pay Portal on Think Together’s website for services provided by Think Together are completely non-refundable. Similar payments are also non-transferable, in cases that involve students changing districts. Think Together reserves the right to offer refunds or other consideration in select circumstances at its sole discretion. Please note that each circumstance is unique and election to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.

You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card (or other applicable payment mechanism) at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes relating to your Transactions. You represent and warrant that all information you provide, including but not limited to all information concerning your name, address, credit card number, and other identifying information of any nature will be true, complete and correct, and that you will update all information as it changes. You agree that you will only use credit cards belonging to you or for which you are expressly authorized to use. If we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide during any registration, payment, or any other process, or if we are no longer able to verify or authorize your credit card or bank account information, your registration may be cancelled, we may refuse to honor all pending and future purchases made on such credit card accounts and/or on any online accounts associated with such credit card accounts, and you may be prohibited from using the Parent Pay Portal.


Think Together does not require that visitors reveal any personally identifying information in order to access our website. However, we may request such information to, among other things, allows a visitor to register online for one of our programs. Collection of personal information for these services may include the collection of your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, and/or credit card number. We only collect personally identifiable information that is voluntarily submitted to us.


Think Together uses this information to create and maintain registration records for each student registered to one of our programs. E-mail addresses are used to communicate with kids and their parents about Think Together programs, as well as other internal marketing features. Access to personal information is limited to employees and program volunteers who need access to this information in order to provide quality Think Together services. Credit card information is used on a singular basis for payment of Think Together services, but it is never stored. None of this information is sold or rented to any third parties.


Think Together complies with applicable state and federal laws, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”), regarding review and privacy of student records. Pursuant to law, and at the direction of the contracting school district, parents and legal guardians have the right to review their student’s records promptly upon request; additionally, parents have a right to have the student record corrected, such as if the record is inaccurate or misleading. Student records will be kept confidential, except as otherwise provided in law.


By enrolling your child in the Think Together Program(s), the school and/or school district may share data including, but not limited to, demographic, health, and contact information, attendance, report cards, assessments, and test scores with Think Together to enable Think Together to understand student needs, track student progress, and promote quality program. In addition, Think Together will administer surveys and assessments to evaluate student progress and program impact.


Our website uses industry standard security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We cannot guarantee that any information is totally secure. Even though we review such encryption, data storage and data processing practices and security measures from time to time, third parties may unlawfully access, intercept or otherwise become aware of Personal Information or private communications. We do not represent or warrant that the Website is protected from such unlawful interception or other harmful events, such as computer viruses, malware, data mining and security or privacy threats. We are not responsible for intercepted information sent via electronic means, including e-mail or e-commerce transactions. You hereby release Think Together, Service Providers engaged by Think Together, and our respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents and assigns, from any and all claims, costs or expenses arising out of or relating to the use of information intercepted or accessed by third parties in an unauthorized or unlawful manner.
